Day 1:
We leave for the south of the Amazonas onboard a light Cessna aircraft arriving at Esmeralda (Alta Orinoco). In front of Duida Tepuy, we land on a small landing strip where we check our permissions to visit the unknown parts of this world.
We will start on our Canoe navigation on the river Orinoco to Tamatama.
Arriving at the former mission station founded many years ago and now taken ower by the local Indians. After a short walk we will reach a village of the Yanomami Indians, Cejal is the name of the community, this community know only a little of the outside world, but they keep their normal customs, We spend the first night in the community with hammocks and mosquito nets.
Day 2:
Breakfast and after that we proceed with our boat to the Casiquiare River, we are going downstream to find a stone or beach for swimming, through the route there is only jungle we will reach Capybara a place where we will overnight, depending on the level of the river we might have some good fishing.
Day 3:
Breakfast and then we proceed on the Casiquiare River through the indigenous community of Curripaco called Momoni, that lives of fishing and hunting in the Jungle. We shall meet other villages inhabited by the community of several families, and see how they are living.
We will swim and sun bathe on some of the fines white beaches you have ever seen. Depending on the month we will do some fishing, We will overnight in the community of the Kiraweni Indians.
Day 4:
After breakfast we will cruise up through the Rio Siapa River until we get to the in the Maraca Community of Yanomami Indians, arriving here we will join the community collecting wild fruits, insects and really get in contact with the jungle, then return to the community where we will overnight.
Day 5:
Breakfast and then we go sailing and fishing, exploring and hiking in the jungle, you can also swim after the walk and we will have lunch with the indigenous Yanomami. Then return to the community for Overnight in the community where the Indians will offer their handy crafts for sale.
Day 6:
Breakfast, after talking to the Indian Chief of the community we might be able to take some pictures and then we give them gifts after we have taken our photographs. We leave onboard again taking our boat down the river Siapa to follow the river of Rio Casiquiare. We will overnight at the Community of the Yanomami (Iraweni), this community is very advanced and has a power plant. (Here you will be able to charge your batteries for the first time).
Day 7:
Breakfast, we will spend the day with the local indians. Later on we take our Canoe to visit other Indigenous communities Curripacos and then navigate the river of Pasimoni for fishing Caribs, after fishing we return to the mouth the Pasimoni River, overnight stay in the community of Niñal.
Day 8:
Breakfast and then a short cruise on the Rio Casiquiare to visit another Yanomami community MEREY 2, we will bargain with gifts in order to take some pictures and here we will also learn about their customs, after knowing the community we take our boat and sail to the indigenous community of Curimacare, known as the Curripaco tripe. This afternoon we will trek through the jungle to see the stone of Curimacare, overnight in the community.
Day 9:
Breakfast and then we take the boat sailing down the river Casiquiare through various indigenous communities Curripaco and then we went by a checkpoint Zolan National Guard, also left the river and start browsing Casiquiare the Black River to reach the town of San Carlos black Rio, we know the people of San Carlo and then crossed the border to another boat with Colombian transportation take a tour of the town and a few beers, then return to Colombia San Carlos via the Black River. Overnight stay in the town of San Carlos.
Day 10:
Breakfast and then we do the transfer to the airport and wait for our flight to return to Puerto Ayacucho.
